How Torqik handles your account credentials, offline farm ledger records, and data security.
1. Information We Collect
- Google Sign-In: When you connect with Google Firebase Authentication, we receive your basic profile (display name, email, avatar URL). We never access your Google password.
- Work Session Data: Farmer names, contact numbers, implement attachments, hours/acres, rates, and payment statuses entered into your ledger.
- Device Diagnostics: Non-personally identifiable diagnostic crash analytics to improve app stability on Android devices.
2. Offline Storage & Encryption
Your operational records are stored on your local device in a secure SQLite Room database. For VIP users utilizing cloud synchronization, backups are securely encrypted in Google Cloud Firestore via SSL/TLS.
3. No Sale of Personal Data
We do not sell, rent, or trade your agricultural ledger records, farmer contact lists, or earnings statements to third-party brokers, lenders, or advertisers under any circumstances.
4. Account & Data Deletion Rights
You maintain full sovereignty over your data. You may export your records as CSV anytime or permanently purge all cloud backups and authentication credentials via our Account Deletion Portal.
