Account & Data Deletion
Manage your right to be forgotten. Request complete deletion of your Torqik account and all cloud data.
Deleting your account is permanent and irreversible. All cloud-synchronized work sessions, farmer dues, and VIP entitlements will be permanently wiped.
1. What Happens When You Request Deletion
- Authentication Record: Your Firebase Auth UID, email, and Google Sign-In associations are immediately revoked.
- Cloud Firestore Data: All synchronized farmer accounts, implement records, and PDF statements stored in the cloud are purged.
- Local Device Data: Data stored on your local phone remains until you uninstall the app or clear app storage in Android settings.
2. How to Submit a Deletion Request

3. Turnaround Time
Account deletion requests are processed manually within 48 to 72 hours. You will receive a final confirmation email once all server records have been purged.
