Please review the terms and conditions governing your use of the Torqik mobile application and online services.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, or accessing Torqik or its web services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the application.
2. User Responsibility & Offline Records
Torqik provides digital bookkeeping and calculation tools. Users are solely responsible for verifying the accuracy of field measurements, implement rates, and cash collections agreed upon with their farmer clients.
3. VIP Subscriptions & Payments
Purchases of VIP Pass tiers processed through Razorpay or Google Play Billing grant non-transferable licenses to cloud synchronization, ad removal, and Power Business Suite modules. Purchases are subject to our 7-day refund guarantee as detailed in our Refund Policy.
4. Intellectual Property
All trademarks, logos, code, algorithms, and design assets associated with Torqik and Lagariya Labs remain the sole property of Rahul Lagariya.
5. Limitation of Liability
Torqik is provided "as is". In no event shall Lagariya Labs be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from local device loss, unbacked data, or dispute settlements between contractors and clients.
